WE INVITE STUDENTS AND VOLUNTEERS

The “Traces of Nations” project invites students and volunteers to participate in the implementation of projects in the following areas:

BASIC RESEARCH WORK

– Search on the Internet (if possible and desired – also offline – in local history and other museums) for information about great and interesting people, about unusual destinies, about indigenous peoples and peoples, their history and culture.

– Entering the found facts on the tracesofnations.org portal in the form of articles or video reports.

– Dissemination of information about the project and its materials in social networks.

LANGUAGE PRACTICE

– Translation of the pages of the portal Traces of Nations into any possible languages.

– Search for materials for the portal Traces of the Nations in Russian and foreign languages.

– Filling the pages of the Traces of Nations portal with materials, including Russian and foreign languages.

– Search and organize of cooperation with thematic groups, including foreign ones, in social networks.

For international students it is important:

– Stories about the heroes of their homeland, about foreigners who have contributed to its history and culture – information close to compatriots. The most interesting stories that most fully reveal the colour, national characteristics of cultures, life, thinking, worldview from within the community of compatriots.

SUPPORT OF EVENTS

– 06/15/2021 Administration of Irkutsk. Assistance in preparing and conducting the presentation of the project.

– 06/22/2021 at MDN (Moscow) from 15:00 to 18:00. I need help filming a promotional video, preparing a script and holding an event.

– 02.07.2021 Administration of the Vologda region. Assistance in preparing and conducting the presentation of the project.

JOURNALISM

– Formation of film crews and reports, interviews and broadcasts, writing articles, including in foreign languages.

– Participation in the formation of the International Youth Information Agency.

– Shooting and editing of photo and video materials in the framework of cooperation with PMG (presidentmediagroup.ru).

– Participation in staged filming and production of commercials as actors, cameramen, screenwriters, directors and others.

– Preparation of text content.

– Search for heroes and materials for reports and articles.

PR and MEDIA PROMOTION

– SMM – promotion of project pages in social networks.

– Maintaining pages of projects and events in social networks – correspondence, preparation and posting of materials.

– Interaction with marketing partners, support, solving operational problems.

– Monitoring the correctness of brand use, tracking cases of parasitic marketing.

– Carrying out PR actions.

– Assistance in setting up and organizing the work of the press center, coordinating the schedule and facilitating the preparation of press conferences.

– Communication with the media, organization of interviews.

– Distribution of press releases, event programs and other information materials among the media.

– Video filming and editing, overlaying computer effects.

– Photography and editing, creation of photo sessions and portfolios.

PROGRAMMING AND DESIGN

– Help in creating and maintaining sites.

– Development of mobile applications.

– Website design. Design of printed products for events and projects. Layout of catalogs and magazines.

INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION AND COMMUNICATIONS

– Promotion of projects in social networks. Maintaining accounts in social networks, correspondence, answering inquiries. Including in foreign languages.

– Attracting project participants, including regional and foreign ones.

– Selection of target audiences for projects, correspondence and conducting preliminary negotiations with potential participants – universities, NGOs and volunteers located abroad.

GRANT SUPPORT

– Selection of grants and competitions according to the profile of the Organizer and / or project.

– Registration of applications for grants and other support, implementation of grant projects and events ..

– Development and search for promising projects and grant directions.

FUNDRAISING, INTERACTION WITH PARTNERS AND SPONSORS

– Attraction of funding for project activities.

– Attracting Partners and Sponsors to events and projects.

– Selection of Partners in areas of activity – tourism, sightseeing, educational, etc.

– Assistance to Partners and Sponsors in the implementation of marketing activities.

– Raising funds and resources, collecting donations.

– Organization of promotional activities, attracting participants to them, issuing prizes.

All volunteers receive volunteer books with volunteer hours stamped. If the activity of a volunteer is related to the profession in which he is studying, he may be issued with documents confirming his internship in this area.

Volunteers – heads of directions or senior regional groups, receive additional bonuses for the performance of their subordinates.

The quality of the activities of each participant in the MMOOMM projects is assessed according to several parameters, including its qualitative and quantitative results.

If volunteers achieve high results, they are awarded with certificates of honor, gratitude and valuable prizes. Since one of the most important tasks of MMOOMM is to help young people realize their creative potential, volunteers who have achieved good results in the direction of their activity are attracted to participate in youth commercial projects of the Organization’s partners, including on an ongoing basis.

The coronavirus is making its own adjustments to our plans. We had to cancel some events. We translate others into new formats. So on June 24, 2021, we received confirmation that the Federal Corporation “SME” is ready to support the participants of the “Traces of the Nations” project, so we have expanded the possibilities of our quest direction and are now starting to involve representatives of small and medium-sized businesses on earth in educational and entertainment events. This will allow us to help honest entrepreneurs, raise funds for the implementation of social goals and give active volunteers the opportunity to make temporary earnings and permanent employment.
